To better contribute to the preparation of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, Olympic Library & Information Center (OLIC) of Beijing Sport University is founded on Dec. 28, 2005. The Honorary President of the Chinese Olympic Committee, IOC Member, Mr. He Zhenliang inscribed and unveiled tablet for the center. The president of IASI Alain Poncet, The Vice director of the people’s congress of Beijing, Mr. Tian Maijiu sent the congratulatory letters.

OLIC is a information resources center that centralizes various domestic and overseas Olympic documents as well as digital resources. After holding the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, the center will extensively collect various documents of BOCOG, so as to become the base of the Olympic culture heritage.
